2013: D&L received the award for its 70% increase in Leadership Givers and 90% increase in Leadership Dollars.

2014: D&L received The Williams Summit Leadership Award, the Tulsa Area United Way’s most prestigious award for best overall campaign by doubling the number of employees contributing at the leadership level of $500 or more annually. D&L Oil Tools also increased the size of its overall campaign by 70 percent over the previous year.
