D&L Oil Tools designs, manufactures, and assembles downhole equipment for customers in both domestic and international markets. Headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma with distribution facilities in Midland TX, Pleasanton TX and Williston ND, our tradition is one of quality, affordability, customer service, and community investment.

D&L’s Quality Management System has earned the API Spec Q1 certification from the American Petroleum Institute. Additionally, D&L has earned an 11D1 Monogram License for Packers and Bridge Plugs, an API-5B license for Casing and Tubing threads, and an API-7-2 license for Rotary Shouldered Connection threads. These demonstrate our unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.

Certifications
D&L’s Quality Management System (QMS) is registered under API Spec Q1 and International Standard ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Requirements. Our scope of registration includes the Design, Manufacture, and Sale of Downhole Oilfield Equipment. Additionally, D&L was awarded and maintains an API Spec. 11D1 Monogram license for Packers and Bridge Plugs, an API-5B license for Casing and Tubing threads, and an API-7-2 license for Rotary Shouldered Connection threads.
D&L Oil Tools has a rating of A+ with the Better Business Bureau, and meets Oklahoma’s OSHA Standard Requirements and Department of Environmental Quality Requirements.
