The Titan V3 Plug is a high pressure plug for multiple zone and selective single zone operations, such as acidizing, fracturing, cementing and testing. It is ideally suited for high pressure, high temperature service work. It features a large internal bypass that closes during setting and opens prior to releasing the upper slips to equalize pressure when unsetting. The API Spec. 11D1 V3 validation proves its ability to handle a full range of loading conditions.

This tool can be set in tension or compression, making it suitable for setting shallow to test wellhead equipment, as well as deep, high-pressure wells.

Some unique features of the Titan V3 Plug include the RSR (Re-Set Ring) mechanical backup system to support the elements at high temperatures and pressures in a resettable package. This plug also includes rotational locks on all internal connections, which allow for extreme values of left-hand or right-hand torque to be transmitted through the packer. Peek backup rings on all o-rings provide maximum reliability at high temperature and pressure. Wrench flats and extra long top and bottom subs allow for ease of make-up and break-out using hydraulic torque machines.
