ESP-X Packer
The ESP-X Packer is a hydraulic set, mechanically held, Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) production packer with secondary bores for ESP feed through cables and optional chemical or monitoring lines. Because no tubing manipulation is required to set this packer, the wellhead can be installed and flanged up before setting.
This model adds several improvements over the standard DLESP and Hydroset II-A product lines that result in greatly improved performance and ease of use. With a cylindrical ECNER element, improved slip configuration and o-ring backups, this packer is V3 capable from 5K to 7.5K psi and up to 450 deg F, depending on the size and string configuration.
The ESP-X Packer is available in a variety of tubing connections and feed through configurations. It can also be outfitted with secondary string seal bore latches for ease of installation.
